Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Henrique Valadares took the kick off in the first half of the match. SC Paraimo's Plácido Martins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save SC Paraimo from getting a goal against them. When Friumes's Armando Veiga in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Paraimo's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Valadares in the 8th minute of play forced Friumes's goalkeeper Rui Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Silvestre Cavaco notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Friumes's Rui Maia. Rui Maia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 13 played minutes SC Paraimo got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Valente. In the 15th minute Henrique Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Valadares in the 19th minute of the match. Gonçalo Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Plácido Martins made a huge save. A collision led to SC Paraimo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Silvano Gago hit a great ball. Jorge Luz's late challenge caught a SC Paraimo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Plácido Martins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Plácido Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Veiga in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, one of SC Paraimo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Paraimo. SC Paraimo:s Plácido Martins showed great skill when he stopped Carlos Domingues:s penalty. After 33 minutes of play, Friumes's Carlos Domingues made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Plácido Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Armando Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Plácido Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Veiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SC Paraimo's Plácido Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Veiga in the 54th minute of play. Armando Veiga scored 3-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Plácido Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gonçalo Silva struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Plácido Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Friumes. 60 minutes into the game, Henrique Valadares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rui Maia. Henrique Valadares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. If Armando Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Hugo Valente's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rui Maia firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Armando Veiga came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Friumes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Veiga couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the match, SC Paraimo's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Silva came free, but Plácido Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Veiga in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Plácido Martins saved SC Paraimo from getting behind. When Teófilo Aleixo fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Paraimo's protests and gave Teófilo Aleixo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Paraimo getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Teófilo Aleixo hit a great ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Armando Veiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Paraimo's Plácido Martins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Gonçalo Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Plácido Martins was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. When Ronaldo França fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Paraimo's protests and gave Ronaldo França a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Paraimo getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ronaldo França hit a great ball. Armando Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Plácido Martins having to interfere. Plácido Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Silva in the 92nd minute of play. When Silvestre Cavaco came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the SC Paraimo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Cavaco couldn't finish the play. 4-2 became the score in the 98th minute when Armando Veiga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
