Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Afonso Carvalho kicked off to start the match. If Lisandro Fidalgo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Canelas's Tarcísio Camacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Antunes in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Canelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Januário Reis to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Canelas's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Antunes came free, but Tarcísio Camacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonso Carvalho in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarcísio Camacho saved Canelas from getting behind. Augusto Antunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Afonso Carvalho put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tarcísio Camacho. Augusto Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Tarcísio Camacho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristiano Dantas's late challenge caught a Canelas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristiano Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Cristiano Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lisandro Fidalgo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Dantas hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After the first half Odiaxere FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The Odiaxere FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mário Viana should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Carvalho in the 64th minute of play forced Canelas's goalkeeper Tarcísio Camacho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Canelas's goalkeeper Tarcísio Camacho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Antunes. Veríssimo Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
