Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) If Viriato Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 minutes BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Neves who took care of the corner kick. Mariano Neves made a great header on Achada's corner, it was just that BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's Valentim Carreira managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 10th minute, Viriato Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Mota in the 14th minute of play forced BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's goalkeeper Valentim Carreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Pacheco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simão Estrada in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Achada's Paulo Macedo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Simão Estrada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Júlio Pacheco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's zone, Adolfo Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentim Carreira came out of the goal and Adolfo Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentim Carreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Mota in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Simão Estrada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Paiva struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Valentim Carreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Achada. Valentim Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Achada's Valentim Carreira threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Viriato Mota, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 59 played minutes BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Homero Dantas. Viriato Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentim Carreira having to interfere. The supporters of Achada booed when BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josué Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Neves was slow to take the kick. During this time Achada's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Neves got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valentim Carreira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 69 minutes into the match, Achada's Adolfo Paiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentim Carreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's zone, Adolfo Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentim Carreira came out of the goal and Adolfo Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Viriato Mota who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BALAGÕES SUPER TEAM's Valentim Carreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viriato Mota in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentim Carreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 86 played minutes Achada got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Neves. Abílio Moura shot a long shot in the 87th minute and a light blocked Júlio Pacheco hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-1. After 93 played minutes Achada got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Amorim. Abílio Moura was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
