Francisco Brás kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Mariano Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. Cristiano Simões was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Coimbra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristiano Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Tasso in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Jorge Coimbra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Arnaldo Bero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Afonso Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolfo Guarda struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cristiano Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for c. atletico de freixieiro. A collision led to SC Senouras getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Afonso Leite hit a great ball. Aníbal Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adolfo Guarda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristiano Simões having to make a save. 80 minutes into the game, Adolfo Guarda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Cristiano Simões was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. João Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Bero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Pinho in the 86th minute. Aníbal Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cristiano Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristiano Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Guarda, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 97 minutes into the match, c. atletico de freixieiro's Adolfo Guarda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Simões narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 99 played minutes SC Senouras got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Leite. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match.
