Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Júlio Paiva got the match started through his kick off. With an all-out effort, Moinas F.C.'s Gaspar Viegas threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Júlio Paiva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 10 played minutes SC Danaia got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Coelho. Moinas F.C.'s Adélio Bragança shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gaspar Viegas but with some difficulty. After a defensive mix-up in Moinas F.C.'s zone, Adelino Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Valente came out of the goal and Adelino Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humberto Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelino Neves struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. David Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Danaia. Delfim Ponte hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. David Valente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Humberto Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. David Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Nogueira in the 35th minute of play. Humberto Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Valente having to interfere. David Valente came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Danaia's Adelino Neves. But to his dismay, Adelino Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Adelino Neves struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. David Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Danaia. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Nogueira to make the kick off. In the 57th minute Humberto Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Júlio Paiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Viegas was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. 73 minutes into the match, Moinas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Nogueira came free, but David Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adelino Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Valente having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Idalécio Graça in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Viegas saved SC Danaia from getting behind. Adelino Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 played minutes Moinas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Adélio Bragança. Adelino Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Danaia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
