Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lisandro Coimbra kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Cristóvão Paiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Toscano was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. When Baiao's Egídio Travassos in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hélder Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Baiao's Raimundo Valadares couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barracao. When Egídio Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Baiao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egídio Travassos couldn't finish the play. If Lisandro Coimbra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Abel Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barracao's Delfim Amaral got a free kick in the 39th minute. When Baiao's Lisandro Coimbra in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barracao's goalie prevented a goal. 45 minutes into the game, Barracao's Eusébio Gonçalves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Toscano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Abel Nogueira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lisandro Coimbra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 51 minute of play. After 54 played minutes Baiao got a freekick which was hit by António Gaspar. Egídio Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Coimbra in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Nogueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. António Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Eusébio Gonçalves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Toscano was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Leonardo Toscano came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Barracao's Cristóvão Paiva. But to his dismay, Cristóvão Paiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 71st minute, Lisandro Coimbra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Egídio Travassos sent off a good shot on target. Egídio Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Nogueira having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Egídio Travassos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Abel Nogueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alcides Espírito Santo's late challenge caught a Barracao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alcides Espírito Santo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Baiao's Alcides Espírito Santo got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 88th minute, Lisandro Coimbra fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abel Nogueira, passed just outside the right post. In the 89th match minute, Baiao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Egídio Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Abel Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baiao's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
