Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rui Soares made the kick off and thus started the match. After 10 played minutes SC Gostei got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Coimbra. Rui Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Éder Lages tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Zarco kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Arrow getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Vivaldo Cavaco hit a great ball. Alberto Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Éder Lages tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivaldo Cavaco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Ferro to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Rui Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Gostei's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Soares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Éder Lages breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Éder Lages made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Luz in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute, Ricardo Ferro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute Vivaldo Cavaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrow's Éder Lages proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Arrow from getting a goal against them. 96 minutes into the game, Domingos Carneiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Gostei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrow the free kick. In the 98th minute of the match Albertino Regueira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Leiria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
