If Cláudio Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cláudio Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Padredo's Henrique Setúbal got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Sport Caneca e Roxo getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Afonso Leal hit a great ball. Henrique Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 魏剑挺 having to interfere. Cláudio Marques charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cláudio Marques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cláudio Marques hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Paulo Resende might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Ferreira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Resende ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute, Fábio Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henrique Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 魏剑挺 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cláudio Marques's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. If Henrique Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cláudio Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 魏剑挺 having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrique Setúbal was the one to do the kick off. Cláudio Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fábio Santos struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Filipe Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Caneca e Roxo. A collision led to Padredo getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Gil Leal hit a great ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Henrique Setúbal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Padredo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Setúbal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 魏剑挺 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrique Setúbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 魏剑挺 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Henrique Setúbal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 魏剑挺. Henrique Setúbal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Cláudio Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sport Caneca e Roxo's goalkeeper 魏剑挺, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 魏剑挺 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Setúbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Paulo Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Ferreira having to interfere. The Padredo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
