Fábio Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Afonso Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Fábio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábio Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Dantas in the 8th minute of play. Afonso Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nuno Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Leme in the 15th minute of the match. Afonso Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Unidos de Arcena getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Veríssimo Domingos hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, João Dantas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Queiriz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. João Dantas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fábio Teixeira having to make a save. Afonso Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateus Leme to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Unidos de Arcena's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Melo came free, but Fábio Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes in the game, João Dantas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fábio Teixeira having to interfere. SC Queiriz's Afonso Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute of the match, João Dantas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fábio Teixeira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Mateus Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes SC Queiriz got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Faro. In the 63rd minute, Artur Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, SC Queiriz's Afonso Melo got a free kick in the 70th minute. A collision led to SC Queiriz getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Fernando Setúbal hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match Caio Portugal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nuno Nunes skillfully saved the ball. 83 minutes into the game, João Dantas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fábio Teixeira. João Dantas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 90th minute Afonso Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Queiriz's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
