Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Estrela got the match started through his kick off. Vasco Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Estrela, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Vladimiro Vilarinho kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Rodrigues in the 9th minute of play forced PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's goalkeeper Tomás Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Vilarinho. In the 16th minute, Jorge Guarda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasco Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Estrela in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS booed when Cainheiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Estrela in the 22nd minute of play forced Cainheiras's goalkeeper Vasco Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's Kevin Travassos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Cainheiras's zone, João Estrela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasco Cardoso came out of the goal and João Estrela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vasco Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Estrela, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute, Kevin Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vasco Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Estrela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Cardoso having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Cainheiras's goal looked a bit too open when João Estrela came free, but Vasco Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Cainheiras defense, Kevin Travassos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vasco Cardoso. The Cainheiras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasco Cardoso should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's Patrício Ferraz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Rodrigues came free, but Tomás Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's Tomás Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Rodrigues in the 62nd minute of play. Carlos Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's Kevin Travassos got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Estrela in the 88th minute of play forced Cainheiras's goalkeeper Vasco Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vasco Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, João Estrela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Estrela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS's Kevin Travassos got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Estrela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Cardoso having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the PERFURADORES IMPLACÁVEIS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
