The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Teixeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Meira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Granja FC booed when KJA UTD. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gustavo Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cláudio Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The Granja FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rui Coelho should have stopped the shot. After having played for 81 minutes, Lázaro Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KJA UTD.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiago Trigueiro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the KJA UTD. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
