Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albertino Rodrigues got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the game, André Torres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Donato Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th match minute, SC ringscreen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rúben Amaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Normando Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albertino Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Donato Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Esteves during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 minutes, Normando Abreu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC ringscreen and the SC Apilata players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Normando Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in SC ringscreen's zone, Albertino Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Carvalho came out of the goal and Albertino Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC ringscreen's Donato Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Rodrigues in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, SC Apilata's Albertino Rodrigues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Carvalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 30th minute, Albertino Rodrigues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to SC Apilata getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Hugo Machado hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Ornelas got free with Hélder Santos in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. André Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Donato Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, SC ringscreen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timóteo Pinhal to maneuver through the defense. André Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Carvalho having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Albertino Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Apilata's supporters rose to their feet, but Albertino Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Carvalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. André Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Donato Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The SC ringscreen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Apilata were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudemiro Figueira made a kick off. When Timóteo Pinhal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. Ricardo Guerreiro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC ringscreen! When the match had been going on for 71 minutes, SC Apilata's Miguel Branco got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Donato Carvalho. A hard shot 76 in the game by André Torres from a close distance when the talented Donato Carvalho managed to make a qualified save. SC ringscreen's players were relieved. After 76 played minutes SC ringscreen got a freekick which was hit by Vivaldo Peralta. Donato Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertino Rodrigues in the 85th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, André Torres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Donato Carvalho. The goal made the score 0-4. SC Apilata's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
