Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Passinhos's Maurício Coimbra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes, SC Passinhos's Valério Curado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fábio Matias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Cesário Esteves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Carlos Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Normando Sacramento in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fábio Matias, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rebolosa FC's Fábio Matias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Rebolosa FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Rebolosa FC's Sandro Marques got a free kick in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the match, SC Passinhos's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Anjos came free, but Cesário Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Xavier Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Alves in the 39th minute of play forced SC Passinhos's goalkeeper Cesário Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandre Anjos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesário Esteves having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xavier Alves made a kick off. Cesário Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Alves in the 52nd minute of the match. SC Passinhos's Cesário Esteves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save SC Passinhos from getting a goal against them. Xavier Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesário Esteves having to interfere. Fábio Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Normando Sacramento, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The supporters of Rebolosa FC booed when SC Passinhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Malta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 minutes, Oliveira Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rebolosa FC and the SC Passinhos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Rebolosa FC got a freekick which was hit by Oliveira Viana. In the 64th minute of the match, Alexandre Anjos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cesário Esteves was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Fábio Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Coimbra, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 68th play minutes Xavier Alves shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Cesário Esteves and just under the crossbar into goal. Fábio Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Normando Sacramento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xavier Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Normando Sacramento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Matias having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Xavier Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesário Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivo Avelar's late challenge caught a Rebolosa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivo Avelar helped the player get up and apologised. 93 minutes in the game, Xavier Alves fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cesário Esteves having to interfere.
