In the 22nd match minute, SL Toscos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basílio Guarda, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Gustavo Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Tavares having to interfere. Gustavo Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Henrique Tavares made a huge save. After a rather tough play, SL Toscos's Gustavo Resende got a free kick in the 60th minute. SL Toscos's Henrique Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Guarda in the 61st minute of play. If Gustavo Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cláudio Brás's late challenge caught a SL Toscos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cláudio Brás helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Cláudio Brás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 minutes of play Formariz FC's Cláudio Brás was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Cláudio Brás kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Basílio Guarda made a precise shot to the right of Henrique Tavares. SL Toscos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Cristiano Coimbra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Pinheiro in the 83rd minute of play. Horácio Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Henrique Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Formariz FC were the better team. Formariz FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
