Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, João Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brincos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but João Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Salazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Bruno Salazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gazza CF's Bruno Salazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Sá in the 11th minute of play. Bruno Salazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Henriques in the 15th minute. When Zeferino Franco fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gazza CF's protests and gave Zeferino Franco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Alfredo Sousa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gazza CF's Bruno Salazar didn't even have to move. If João Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Salazar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Sá showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. João Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Salazar having to interfere. In the 36th minute João Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Salazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Sá in the 38th minute of play forced Gazza CF's goalkeeper Bruno Salazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Brincos FC booed when Gazza CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Pegado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Salazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Sá stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Brincos FC booed when Gazza CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Pegado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Avelino Cavaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Carlos Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avelino Cavaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Armando Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game João Sá who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gazza CF's Bruno Salazar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Salazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. João Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bruno Salazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Salazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gazza CF's zone, Cristiano Henriques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Salazar came out of the goal and Cristiano Henriques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, João Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When João Sá came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Brincos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Sá couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brincos FC had played much better football throughout.
