With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonso Severiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the game, Severiano Leal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. bt team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anais the free kick. 18 minutes into the game, one of bt team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After having played for 25 minutes, Ilídio Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bt team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilídio Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulino Aleixo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Alexandre Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Paulino Aleixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gabriel Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. bt team's Afonso Severiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Esteves in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when João Esteves made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Diego Caiado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bt team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Caiado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gabriel Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilídio Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anais's João Esteves got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Afonso Severiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. João Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonso Severiano having to make a save. After a rather tough play, bt team's Vasco Leite got a free kick in the 76th minute. 2-1 came in the 78th minute when Viriato Silva all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Afonso Severiano. André Amaral hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the bt team players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Anais.
