Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Romão Ávila made the kick off and thus started the match. Fabiano Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Simão Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, António Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Godel getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Nuno Guarda hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Romão Ávila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Romão Ávila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simão Leal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Saúl Amaro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Godel were furious when Tomás Maia was red carded, 18 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 19 played minutes Godel got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Maia. In the 20th minute, Paulo Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. António Paredes hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Romão Ávila kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play, Solaris's Fabiano Galvão made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simão Leal was left in no man's land by his defense there! António Paredes hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Simão Leal came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Solaris's Romão Ávila. But to his dismay, Romão Ávila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Godel's Simão Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romão Ávila in the 40th minute of play. Fabiano Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Simão Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. When Solaris's Romão Ávila in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Godel's goalie prevented a goal. Viriato Abreu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilídio Junqueira having to make a save. Ilídio Junqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Abreu in the 65th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Fabiano Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Solaris's Ilídio Junqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Abreu in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Abreu in the 80th minute of play forced Solaris's goalkeeper Ilídio Junqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Godel's goalkeeper Simão Leal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With his leg Simão Leal managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Solaris's Fabiano Galvão fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Romão Ávila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solaris's supporters rose to their feet, but Romão Ávila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilídio Junqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Abreu in the 89th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Godel's zone, Romão Ávila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Leal came out of the goal and Romão Ávila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Solaris walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
