António Bacelar was a little too slow when Saúl Amaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Solaris's Saúl Amaro got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Crasto! The referee gave Solaris a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paulo Sousa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Crasto's António Bacelar. 2-0. António Bacelar made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Fabiano Galvão sent off a good shot on target. Romão Ávila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. António Bacelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 minutes Crasto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Sousa who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Paulo Sousa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Crasto's António Bacelar did a great save. Aquilino Godinho's late challenge caught a Solaris's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aquilino Godinho helped the player get up and apologised. Aquilino Godinho hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Fabiano Galvão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romão Ávila in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg António Bacelar saved Crasto from getting behind. After having played for 35 minutes, Fabiano Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solaris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romão Ávila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Bacelar having to interfere. Guilherme Vilarinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. António Bacelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquilino Godinho was the one to do the kick off. If Guilherme Vilarinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute Fabiano Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Bacelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romão Ávila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Bacelar having to interfere. António Bacelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romão Ávila in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saúl Amaro in the 61st minute of play forced Crasto's goalkeeper António Bacelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. António Bacelar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabiano Galvão's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Romão Ávila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. António Bacelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Solaris's Fabiano Galvão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. António Bacelar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 76 minutes into the match, Crasto's goal looked a bit too open when Romão Ávila came free, but António Bacelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabiano Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Bacelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romão Ávila in the 80th minute of play. António Bacelar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romão Ávila, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Fabiano Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solaris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Fabiano Galvão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. António Bacelar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Solaris players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
