Vítor Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. André Moniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute Eusébio Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Cunha in the 12th minute of play forced SC Codes's goalkeeper Alfredo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Moniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Gomes's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Jorge Gomes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Codes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 25thth minute of the game Jorge Gomes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Belfeiro's André Moniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rogério Paredes might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Moniz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogério Paredes ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the game, Jorge Coimbra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Codes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Belfeiro the free kick. Jorge Coimbra kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jorge Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Moniz having to interfere. When Jorge Gomes came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the SC Codes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Gomes couldn't finish the play. André Moniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Gomes in the 43rd minute of play. Rogério Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Gomes took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Moniz. André Moniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The SC Belfeiro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Codes were winning 0-3.

The SC Codes fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when SC Codes's Rogério Paredes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Codes's goalkeeper Alfredo Machado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogério Paredes struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. André Moniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Codes. After a rather tough play, SC Belfeiro's António Tavares got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, SC Codes's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Cunha came free, but Alfredo Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Henrique Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alfredo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Eusébio Cunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Belfeiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Henrique Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Machado having to interfere. Rodrigo Maia's late challenge caught a SC Belfeiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Maia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, Rodrigo Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Xavier Lisboa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Machado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rogério Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Moniz was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Rogério Paredes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rogério Paredes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. SC Codes played a much better game than SC Belfeiro and deserved their victory. The SC Belfeiro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
