Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sálvio Velasques got the match started through his kick off. Joaquim Coelho's late challenge caught a SC Fontinha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Coelho helped the player get up and apologised. After recieving a nice pass, SC Fontinha's Estevão Aleixo tried to score from far away in the 6th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nuno Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sálvio Velasques, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Angelo Leiria took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Figueiredo. Nuno Figueiredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sálvio Velasques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuno Figueiredo having to make a save. 17 minutes into the match, Cacemes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sálvio Velasques came free, but Nuno Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Rui Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Coelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Israel Amaro made a huge save. 31 minutes into the game, Claudemiro Câmara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cacemes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Fontinha the free kick. In the 31st minute, Claudemiro Câmara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Amaro having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, SC Fontinha's goalkeeper Israel Amaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudemiro Câmara. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Fontinha's goalkeeper Israel Amaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Claudemiro Câmara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Amaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Claudemiro Câmara struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Israel Amaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cacemes FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Romão Lustosa in the 51st minute of play forced Cacemes FC's goalkeeper Nuno Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Rui Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Fontinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Vides was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claudemiro Câmara was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Cacemes FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Claudemiro Câmara hit a great ball. Nuno Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sálvio Velasques in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 played minutes SC Fontinha got a freekick which was hit by Romão Lustosa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sálvio Velasques in the 72nd minute of play forced Cacemes FC's goalkeeper Nuno Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sálvio Velasques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Cacemes FC's goalkeeper Nuno Figueiredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Leiria. Leandro Corte-Real sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ilídio Vaz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Cacemes FC's Nuno Figueiredo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Cacemes FC from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Fontinha walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
