An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Maia in the 8th minute of play forced Queiriz FC's goalkeeper Carlos Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélder Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Ribeiro in the 9th minute of the match. Ferragudo FC's Hélder Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Cabral in the 10th minute of play. Queiriz FC's Carlos Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Maia in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, José Cabral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Queiriz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Cláudio Monteiro struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Carlos Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferragudo FC. After a rather tough play, Queiriz FC's Daniel Lopes got a free kick in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Ferragudo FC's Hélder Pedroso got control of the ball when Daniel Lopes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonçalo Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Carlos Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Paulo Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Vítor Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hélder Pedroso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Vítor Assis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Valente having to make a save. After having played for 42 minutes, Paulo Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferragudo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Maia in the 45th minute of play forced Queiriz FC's goalkeeper Carlos Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Queiriz FC's Carlos Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Assis in the 46th minute of play. Ferragudo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vítor Assis in the 47th minute. Ferragudo FC's Vítor Assis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlos Valente in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

Vítor Assis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Valente having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Gonçalo Faro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ferragudo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Queiriz FC the free kick. Gonçalo Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Paulo Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Carlos Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vítor Assis came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ferragudo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Assis couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the match, Ferragudo FC's Paulo Maia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Valente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hélder Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Ribeiro in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Jacinto Ribeiro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ferragudo FC's Hélder Pedroso. Hélder Pedroso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Vítor Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hélder Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ferragudo FC defense, Jorge Rodrigues kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hélder Pedroso. The Ferragudo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hélder Pedroso should have stopped the shot. Ferragudo FC's Gonçalo Faro got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Lopes in the 95th minute of play forced Ferragudo FC's goalkeeper Hélder Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Ribeiro took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder Pedroso. Hélder Pedroso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. The Queiriz FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
