Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 8 minutes of play, SC Pedrome's Vítor Lima made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valdemar Calheiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vítor Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemar Calheiros having to interfere. If Luís Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute, SC Pedrome's Vítor Lima dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. If Jorge Gago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pedrome's zone, Alexandrino lacerda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Cunha came out of the goal and Alexandrino lacerda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Durval Paiva hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes, SC Pedrome's Gabriel Faro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valdemar Calheiros came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Pedrome reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Luís Resende managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Pedrome's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Resende was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdemar Calheiros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luís Resende who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Valdemar Calheiros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luís Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Valdemar Calheiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdemar Calheiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vítor Lima made a kick off. Alexandrino lacerda succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. After a rather tough play, Rangers 90's Durval Paiva got a free kick in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Rangers 90's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Resende came free, but Valdemar Calheiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Rangers 90 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Soveral to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandrino lacerda in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Luís Resende ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdemar Calheiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 88thth minute of the game Alexandrino lacerda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Pedrome's Jorge Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90th minute, Eusébio Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Gago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Cunha having to interfere. Rangers 90's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
