Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vítor Lima started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute, Coxos e companhia FC's Marcos Mourinho seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marcos Mourinho the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Coxos e companhia FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marcos Mourinho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After some careless play in the Coxos e companhia FC defense, Gabriel Faro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afonso Prates. The Coxos e companhia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afonso Prates should have stopped the shot. In the 13th match minute, SC Pedrome was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Resende to maneuver through the defense. Adelino Mourato in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jorge Cunha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Adelino Mourato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jorge Cunha made a huge save. In the 18th minute, SC Pedrome's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adelino Mourato fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 20 minutes into the match, Adelino Mourato notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SC Pedrome's Jorge Cunha. Jorge Cunha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Porfírio Tristão kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Afonso Prates took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adelino Mourato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Afonso Prates tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Prates showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Resende in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Lima in the 43rd minute of play forced Coxos e companhia FC's goalkeeper Afonso Prates to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusébio Mendes's late challenge caught a Coxos e companhia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusébio Mendes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, SC Pedrome was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Mendes to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adelino Mourato to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Coxos e companhia FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Germano Carmo hit a great ball. Adelino Mourato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Coxos e companhia FC's Afonso Prates got control of the ball when Luís Resende tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luís Resende was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. SC Pedrome's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 80th minute, Diamantino Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adelino Mourato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd match minute, SC Pedrome was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Mendes to maneuver through the defense.
