One of SC Amendoa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ramalha FC:s goal. Márcio Costa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. SC Amendoa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viriato Moutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Miguel Reis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Amendoa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.

Joaquim Maia came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Ramalha FC's Mateus Nascimento. But to his dismay, Mateus Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When Viriato Moutinho came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the SC Amendoa fans jumped to their feet. After 74 played minutes Ramalha FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Nascimento. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Reis got free with Laureano Menezes in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viriato Moutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute, Armando Faro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Ramalha FC's Ricardo Reis got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, SC Amendoa's Viriato Moutinho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Amendoa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ramalha FC.
