Filinto Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Rocha having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Duarte Cunha to strike the kick off in the second half. Espantar FC's Emanuel Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filinto Azevedo in the 53rd minute of play. Emanuel Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Espantar FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Rocha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Cebolas e Vinho SC's Filinto Azevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute Filinto Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fábio Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
