Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Pomares's Alexandre Cabral started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristiano Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Cabral in the 13th minute of play. When Gustavo Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the CCD Reguengo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Lopes couldn't finish the play. Cristiano Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Cabral in the 20th minute of play. Rui Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Oliveira Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Coelho hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. SC Pomares's Oliveira Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Morais in the 27th minute of play. When José Aleixo fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CCD Reguengo's protests and gave José Aleixo a yellow card for diving instead. CCD Reguengo's Cristiano Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save CCD Reguengo from getting a goal against them. Augusto Coelho's late challenge caught a SC Pomares's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Coelho helped the player get up and apologised. Augusto Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Cristiano Neves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alexandre Cabral showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 47 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Lopes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Rui Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Pomares's Gonçalo Valente got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 58 played minutes CCD Reguengo got a freekick which was hit by José Aleixo. Augusto Coelho hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes CCD Reguengo got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Coelho. In the 69th match minute, SC Pomares was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Gonçalo Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gustavo Lopess short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Oliveira Pereira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 74 minutes into the game, SC Pomares's Adolfo Cunha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristiano Neves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. CCD Reguengo's Cristiano Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Cabral in the 90th minute of play. SC Pomares walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
