Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Caneiro's Simão Trindade started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Simão Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olívio Assis having to interfere. Amílcar Branco hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Simão Trindade had several of the Albernoa FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Olívio Assis as he didn't even see the shot coming. SC Caneiro's Daniel Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Moniz in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Trindade in the 24th minute of play forced Albernoa FC's goalkeeper Olívio Assis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Lisboa came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Albernoa FC's Isac Moniz. But to his dismay, Isac Moniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Simão Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Olívio Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Moniz in the 35th minute of play forced SC Caneiro's goalkeeper Daniel Lisboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Caneiro's Cláudio Morais got a free kick in the 40th minute. Amílcar Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isac Moniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Plácido Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Albernoa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Plácido Macedo couldn't finish the play. If Paulo Moniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Américo Vaz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Almiro Graça was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Albernoa FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Simão Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Olívio Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
