Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Heitor Almeida started the match with the kick off. Lucas Dias hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Lourenço Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Guerreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Vicente Guerreiro came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ribeiros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Guerreiro couldn't finish the play. If Adelino Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lourenço Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Guerreiro in the 18th minute of the match. Vicente Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Lourenço Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lourenço Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Brito went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Heitor Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fábio Luz in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Rodrigues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th play minute Adelino Brito came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lourenço Domingues. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Ribeiros's Eusébio Castro got a free kick in the 42nd minute.
The wind increased when Vicente Guerreiro made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Adelino Brito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lourenço Domingues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ricardo Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardo Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes Ribeiros got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Costa. In the 61st minute Heitor Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Mombeja's Fábio Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 66 in the game by Fábio Luz from a close distance when the talented Rodrigo Rodrigues managed to make a qualified save. Ribeiros's players were relieved. 68 minutes into the game, Ribeiros's Vicente Guerreiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lourenço Domingues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Rodrigo Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Almeida in the 73rd minute of the match. Fábio Luz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Rodrigues made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Mombeja's Heitor Almeida slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodrigo Rodrigues. That made the score 4-1 after 83 minutes of play. After 86 played minutes, Ribeiros's Delfim Almeida shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lourenço Domingues came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ribeiros reached it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ribeiros had won after a very even match.
