After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Duarte Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tabaco's supporters rose to their feet, but Duarte Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Tabaco's Pedro Campos got control of the ball when Carlos Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Queridas's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Andrade came free, but Alberto Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Queridas's Carlos Araújo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Campos. Pedro Campos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Ricardo Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Tabaco's Pedro Campos got control of the ball when Carlos Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Araújo might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Campos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Araújo ran back to his position shaking his head.
