The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Capacidade Demolidora CC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Torres to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Nabunaga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Sousa came free, but Afonso Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrique Melo got free with Afonso Salgado in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Capacidade Demolidora CC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Carlos Torres hit a great ball. José Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimas Leme in the 29th minute of play. Nabunaga FC's Afonso Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Nabunaga FC from getting a goal against them. After 36 played minutes Capacidade Demolidora CC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Torres. Alexandre Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Salgado having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Garcia to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Estevão Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nabunaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Estevão Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Faro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Caeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-1 became the score in the 60th minute when Jorge Vale elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Nabunaga FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Garcia came free, but Afonso Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Nabunaga FC's Estevão Neves got a free kick in the 75th minute. If João Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Alexandre Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Vale in the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Alexandre Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capacidade Demolidora CC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Afonso Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Alexandre Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Afonso Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Salgado having to interfere. Capacidade Demolidora CC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Torres in the 97th minute.
