Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Valbom United's Aldo Fiúza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the game, Reinaldo Júdice cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cassiano Lameirinhas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cassiano Lameirinhas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinaldo Júdice's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Valbom United's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolau Faria came free, but Cassiano Lameirinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinaldo Júdice might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cassiano Lameirinhas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reinaldo Júdice ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Valbom United's Telmo Alcântara got a free kick in the 40th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reinaldo Júdice to make the kick off. Telmo Alcântara hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the game, Aldo Fiúza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valbom United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nabais the free kick. A collision led to Valbom United getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Aldo Fiúza hit a great ball. In the 55th minute Aldo Fiúza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romão Pádua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolau Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cassiano Lameirinhas having to interfere. When Adriano Cabral fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valbom United's protests and gave Adriano Cabral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Valbom United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Cabral to maneuver through the defense. Cassiano Lameirinhas came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nabais's Nicolau Faria. But to his dismay, Nicolau Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 79 minutes into the match, Valbom United's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Júdice came free, but Cassiano Lameirinhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Nabais got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Noronha. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Fiúza in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romão Pádua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Éder Teves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Romão Pádua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aldo Fiúza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
