Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luís Campos got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Pessolta getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Flávio Travassos hit a great ball. Hildeberto Esparteiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Campos went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 15th minute, Rafael Moura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Ramos. The goal made the score 1-1. Pessolta's Bruno Correia came free and shot a quick shot against goal 18 minutes in the game, fortunately João Ramos had problems saving as it came toward the left post. SC Santrilha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Rafael Moura scored to the left of an out of position João Ramos, making the score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in SC Santrilha's zone, Rafael Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Ramos came out of the goal and Rafael Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Moura in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, SC Santrilha's Luís Campos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hildeberto Esparteiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Augusto Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Bruno Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pessolta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Rafael Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafael Moura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Ramos having to make a save. Bruno Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Moura in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Rafael Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Rafael Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Ramos was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When Rafael Moura came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Pessolta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Moura couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Bruno Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Correia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Ramos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 played minutes SC Santrilha got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Henriques. After 75 played minutes, Pessolta's Joaquim Sardinha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Ramos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pessolta reached it. After a rather tough play, SC Santrilha's Óscar Mota got a free kick in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Correia in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bruno Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. João Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4-1 became the score in the 90th minute when Bruno Correia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. João Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Correia in the 94th minute of play. In the 97th minute Bruno Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
