Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexandre Barroso got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Altino Abrantes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogério Zambujal made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Graciano Delgado sent off a good shot on target. If Altino Abrantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Alexandre Barroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Graciano Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Alexandre Barroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alcino Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandre Barroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alcino Casado having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Alexandre Barroso notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lagoa FC's Alcino Casado. Alcino Casado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alcino Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altino Abrantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alcino Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altino Abrantes in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Barroso in the 44th minute of play forced Lagoa FC's goalkeeper Alcino Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marcos Pádua made the kick off in the second half. Alexandre Barroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute Marcos Pádua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Zambujal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcos Pádua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 67 played minutes Elias Team got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Ferraz. Lagoa FC's Alcino Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Barroso in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Marcos Pádua left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lagoa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Elias Team's Teófilo Macedo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Marcos Pádua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altino Abrantes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Alcino Casado made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Alexandre Barroso had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 85 minutes into the game, one of Lagoa FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Elias Team's Samuel Ferraz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alcino Casado. Altino Abrantes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
