Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filipe Neto took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Viriato Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 7 in the game by Viriato Pinho from a close distance when the talented Daniel Antunes managed to make a qualified save. Penedo FC's players were relieved. After 15 played minutes SC Sevilheira got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Guerreiro. Viriato Pinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Antunes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viriato Pinho ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Viriato Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Sevilheira's supporters rose to their feet, but Viriato Pinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, SC Sevilheira's goal looked a bit too open when José Freitas came free, but Jorge Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viriato Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diogo Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Leão having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diogo Almeida made a kick off. Viriato Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Antunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Diogo Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Leão having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Penedo FC got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Moniz. 71 minutes into the game, José Freitas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jorge Leão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute, Miguel Guerreiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. José Freitas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Jorge Leão made a huge save. Viriato Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Antunes having to interfere. José Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jorge Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipe Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Antunes having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Penedo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
