Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Diego Paiva kicked off to start the match. Sebastião Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Patrício read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Paiva in the 13th minute of play forced SC Moita's goalkeeper Mariano Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Tomás Mendes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Hugo Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Lombega fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Lombega's Diego Paiva looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inácio Leme during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Lombega got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Leme. SC Moita's Carlos Monteiro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lombega. 38 minutes into the game, Sebastião Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Leandro Patrício was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute, Carlos Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Mendes made a kick off. Hélio Estrada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mariano Leão firmly grabbed it by the left post. Carlos Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Lombega's Hélio Estrada got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mariano Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hélio Estrada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Gastão Fidalgo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Moita's Carlos Monteiro got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomás Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Patrício having to interfere. In the 85th minute Tomás Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Patrício saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Paiva in the 88th minute of play forced SC Moita's goalkeeper Mariano Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Paiva's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Tomás Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Patrício having to interfere. SC Moita's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
