Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rui Veloso kicked off to start the match. Sabino Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Veloso in the 4th minute of the match. After 5 minutes, Artur Calado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabuacas and the Golães All Stars™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Artur Calado kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Rui Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golães All Stars™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Veloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rui Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Golães All Stars™ booed when Tabuacas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Calado didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Leonel Regalado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabrício Sarmento. Leonel Regalado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sabino Portugal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Renato Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabino Portugal having to interfere. Sabino Portugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Vale in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Renato Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sabino Portugal. Tabuacas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renato Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Renato Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golães All Stars™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sabino Portugal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Tabuacas's zone, Rui Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabino Portugal came out of the goal and Rui Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Golães All Stars™'s Renato Vale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabino Portugal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 35 minutes of play Tabuacas's Artur Calado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sabino Portugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Vale in the 37th minute of the match. Golães All Stars™ were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Tabuacas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgar Vilas Boas took the corner. Nicolas Vital was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Renato Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murilo Linhares took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sabino Portugal. Tabuacas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tabuacas's Sabino Portugal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Veloso in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseu Sardinha was the one to do the kick off. Gentil Chagas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sabino Vasques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Sarmento having to interfere. Eliseu Sardinha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gentil Chagas hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Renato Vales short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Sabino Portugal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Tabuacas's Miguel Balsemão got a free kick in the 69th minute. Sabino Portugal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Eliseu Sardinha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Sarmento having to interfere. Golães All Stars™'s Fabrício Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Sardinha in the 82nd minute of play. Rui Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tabuacas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Golães All Stars™ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
