Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sebastião Cruz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cleto Lonzo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Simões read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. António Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Garcia in the 7th minute of play forced SC Brunhos's goalkeeper António Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes of play, SC Brunhos's Rafael Matias made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Trindade was left in no man's land by his defense there! António Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Garcia in the 14th minute of play. Gaspar Aguiar hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Sebastião Cruz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Foitos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jorge Trindade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Matias in the 26th minute of play. Marco Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th match minute, Foitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Cruz to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute Carlos Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Trindade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Trindade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Henrique Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Duarte Porto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jorge Trindade made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Carlos Melo sent off a good shot on target. If Cleto Lonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Marco Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of António Simões. SC Brunhos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. António Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Garcia in the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Sebastião Cruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of António Simões. SC Brunhos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastião Cruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jorge Trindade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Melo in the 75th minute. Sebastião Cruz hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Foitos's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Matias came free, but Jorge Trindade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cândido Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. António Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Cruz in the 96th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Sebastião Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foitos's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SC Brunhos's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Foitos had won, even though SC Brunhos had held more of the ball.
