Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arca FC's Vítor Neto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexandre Fontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Cardoso went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Almeida during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes SC Bracos got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Cardoso. Vítor Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Brito having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Arca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Delgado came free, but Alexandre Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Morais blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Fontes having to make a save. If Alexandre Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of SC Bracos booed when Arca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Viegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gustavo Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Arca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Andrade couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Viegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, SC Bracos's Alexandre Delgado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 47th minute of the match, Alexandre Delgado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexandre Fontes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Delgado was the one to do the kick off. When Gaspar Morais came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the SC Bracos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Morais couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Delgado in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Arca FC's zone, Gaspar Morais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Fontes came out of the goal and Gaspar Morais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogério Viegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Alexandre Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Bracos's Alexandre Brito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save SC Bracos from getting a goal against them. 3-1 became the score in the 87th minute when Alexandre Delgado elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Bruno Lima fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arca FC's protests and gave Bruno Lima a yellow card for diving instead. Bruno Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. SC Bracos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
