Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Jesualdo Quadros successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jesualdo Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Barroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kevin Severo was the one to do the kick off. Codecais's Jesualdo Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herberto Taveira in the 82nd minute of play. If Severino Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Severo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Herberto Taveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesualdo Quadros was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Herberto Taveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute.
