Francisco Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Pedro Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gentil Palha in the 21st minute of play forced SC Escapaes's goalkeeper Tiago Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gentil Palha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tiago Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute Gentil Palha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th match minute, SC Escapaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Cunha to maneuver through the defense. When Gentil Palha came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the corral de moinas fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gentil Palha couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the SC Escapaes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
