Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hermes Macedo made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 8th minute, Diamantino Teixeira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ricardo Festas, passed just outside the right post. Ricardo Festas came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Trilho's Gonçalo Silva. But to his dismay, Gonçalo Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 17th minute, Hermes Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in GRANDA CAVALO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Bernardo Vaz shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 26 minutes into the match, GRANDA CAVALO's goalkeeper Ricardo Festas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonçalo Silva. Gonçalo Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Ricardo Festas made a huge save. Gonçalo Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ricardo Festas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermes Macedo in the 31st minute of play forced Trilho's goalkeeper Filipe Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Hermes Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vítor Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, Trilho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Diamantino Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 40 minutes, Gonçalo Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trilho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonçalo Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Gonçalo Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hermes Macedo scored 1-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filipe Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Diamantino Teixeira made the kick off in the second half. In the 64th minute, Eusébio Tomé hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th match minute, GRANDA CAVALO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telmo Pinto to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonçalo Silva in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Festas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ricardo Festas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Teixeira in the 80th minute of play. After 81 played minutes GRANDA CAVALO got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Tomé. A collision led to GRANDA CAVALO getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Guilherme Calheiros hit a great ball. Trilho's Bernardo Vaz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for GRANDA CAVALO. If Diamantino Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Corte-Real struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Filipe Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GRANDA CAVALO. After 91 played minutes Trilho got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Neto. The GRANDA CAVALO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing GRANDA CAVALO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
