Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Durval Vieira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rui Silva's late challenge caught a SC Medroes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Silva helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Chamadouro got a freekick which was hit by Rui Silva. Olavo Brás took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bento Resende. Chamadouro's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, SC Medroes's Durval Vieira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bento Resende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, SC Medroes's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Reis came free, but Éder Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Rui Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chamadouro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th match minute, SC Medroes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Boaventura to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Rodrigo Regalado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonso Reis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Éder Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Éder Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Éder Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Nogueira in the 26th minute of play. After 26 played minutes SC Medroes got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Regalado. Afonso Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Éder Tavares having to interfere. When Marco Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Chamadouro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Nogueira couldn't finish the play. Afonso Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Éder Tavares having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Reis in the 39th minute of play forced SC Medroes's goalkeeper Éder Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Nogueira in the 40th minute of play forced SC Medroes's goalkeeper Éder Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Marco Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chamadouro's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Nogueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Éder Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Chamadouro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fabiano Vidigal hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match Cláudio Melo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Éder Tavares skillfully saved the ball. Bento Resende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Junqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Chamadouro's Bento Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Junqueira in the 65th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Chamadouro's Marco Nogueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Éder Tavares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Durval Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Durval Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Éder Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Durval Vieira fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Medroes's protests and gave Durval Vieira a yellow card for diving instead. Bento Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Junqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Durval Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91stth minute of the game António Junqueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chamadouro's Bento Resende was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. António Junqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute António Junqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bento Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The SC Medroes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chamadouro's performance. The match ended with a win for Chamadouro.
