Delfim Gueifão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emílio Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Delfim Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Leão in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Termo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. If Delfim Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfim Gueifão in the 41st minute of play forced Valega's goalkeeper Emílio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, João Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simão Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Sá having to interfere. Valega's Simão Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Delfim Gueifão made the kick off in the second half. Delfim Gueifão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Emílio Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delfim Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Abreu having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Manuel Brás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Abreu having to interfere. Lúcio Sá came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Valega's Emanuel Gaspar. But to his dismay, Emanuel Gaspar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 77 minutes into the match, Valega's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim Gueifão came free, but Emílio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luís Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Valega's zone, Delfim Gueifão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emílio Abreu came out of the goal and Delfim Gueifão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humberto Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. A collision led to Termo getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Artur Brás hit a great ball. Termo's Lúcio Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Gaspar in the 95th minute of play. Valega's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
