Reginaldo Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Daniel Roriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Roriz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th match minute, Nagosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Galvão to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Nagosa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reginaldo Macedo made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Hermínio Galvão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nagosa and the boavista.f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hermínio Galvão hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. boavista.f.c's Hermano Estrada couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nagosa. Jacob Jordão was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, one of Nagosa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nagosa. Germano Borba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Queirós in the 70th minute of play. Miguel Azenha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermínio Galvão hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 1-2 became the score in the 74th minute when Miguel Azenha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, boavista.f.c's Lucas Queirós sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Germano Borba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Miguel Azenha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermínio Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. boavista.f.c's Lucas Queirós got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. boavista.f.c's Daniel Roriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save boavista.f.c from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nagosa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
