Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. António Setúbal started the match with the kick off. Nuno Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Rybak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the match, Gil Vicente F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when António Setúbal came free, but Miguel Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bigorne getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Manuel Viana hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Bigorne's João Queirós dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Gustavo Borba in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gil Vicente F.C.'s Filipe Setúbal. Filipe Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Nuno Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tytus Rybak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Nuno Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bigorne's Nuno Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Rybak in the 25th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Bigorne got a freekick which was hit by João Queirós. Nuno Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Rybak in the 29th minute of play. Manuel Viana took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Martins. Miguel Martins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a little luck, Gil Vicente F.C.'s Miguel Martins got control of the ball when Manuel Viana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nuno Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Rybak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Rybak in the 44th minute of play. When Heitor Torres fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gil Vicente F.C.'s protests and gave Heitor Torres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Heitor Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tytus Rybak made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Bigorne's goalkeeper Nuno Fonseca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tytus Rybak. In the 53rd minute, Afonso Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tytus Rybak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Nuno Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bigorne's António Setúbal got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Tytus Rybak came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Gil Vicente F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Rybak couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Bigorne booed when Gil Vicente F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heitor Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Martins came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Bigorne's Manuel Viana. But to his dismay, Manuel Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gustavo Borba scored 4-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Martins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gil Vicente F.C.'s Filipe Setúbal got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manuel Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Miguel Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Setúbal in the 87th minute of play forced Gil Vicente F.C.'s goalkeeper Miguel Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Nogueira in the 88th minute of the match. If Filipe Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Gil Vicente F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Viana came free, but Miguel Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Nogueira in the 97th minute of play forced Gil Vicente F.C.'s goalkeeper Miguel Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gil Vicente F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bigorne.
