Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delfim Valente started the match with the kick off. If Óscar Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute, David Gois made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Soares. Arroio FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Delfim Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arroio FC's Gustavo Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgílio Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Delfim Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfim Valente in the 19th minute of play forced FC COZMIX's goalkeeper Vítor Patrício to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Vítor Patrício tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Sá who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Vítor Patrício when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 41st match minute, Arroio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Esteves to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute of the match Virgílio Gomes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Soares skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Sá got free with Vítor Patrício in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 52nd match minute, Arroio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. Delfim Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Vítor Patrício tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC COZMIX getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Simão Quaresma hit a great ball. Vítor Patrício made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Valente in the 59th minute of play. After 60 played minutes FC COZMIX got a freekick which was hit by Simão Quaresma. If Óscar Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Queirós hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Vítor Patrício didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Sá went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Vítor Patrício made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Valente in the 91st minute of play. When Óscar Borba came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the FC COZMIX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Óscar Borba couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
