Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Israel Setúbal took the kick off in the first half of the match. SC Ventelharia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Israel Setúbal scored to the left of an out of position Tarcísio Costa, making the score, 1-0. In the 6th minute Israel Setúbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcísio Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Chellas's Cândido Vilanova slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tarcísio Costa. That made the score 2-0 after 8 minutes of play. In the 15th minute of the match Sabino Amaro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tarcísio Costa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Jordão Ramalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Chellas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Ventelharia the free kick. A collision led to SC Chellas getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jordão Ramalho hit a great ball. SC Chellas's Gusmão Castilho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estevão Sacadura in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Cândido Vilanova had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tarcísio Costa. SC Ventelharia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cândido Vilanova was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. SC Chellas's Gusmão Castilho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Rego in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to SC Chellas getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jordão Ramalho hit a great ball. Jordão Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tarcísio Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Ventelharia's zone, Cândido Vilanova stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarcísio Costa came out of the goal and Cândido Vilanova tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Estevão Sacadura was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, SC Ventelharia's goal looked a bit too open when Cândido Vilanova came free, but Tarcísio Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Estevão Sacadura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gusmão Castilho. The goal made the score 3-1. Joel Rego might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gusmão Castilho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Rego ran back to his position shaking his head. If Joel Rego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cândido Vilanova had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Rego during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Joel Rego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, SC Ventelharia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Miguéis to maneuver through the defense. Cândido Vilanova recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Rego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gusmão Castilho acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Santiago Leme. SC Chellas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
