Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gregório Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Valido having to interfere. When Gregório Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the SC Breia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregório Teixeira couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, António Carvalhais successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Cojo FC's Gusmão Montenegro got a free kick in the 21st minute. If Artur Jesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Casado in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of António Carvalhais, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Humberto Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. António Carvalhais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvério Guarda hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Severino Quintela struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. António Carvalhais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cojo FC. In the 39th minute, Silvério Guarda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilson Valido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregório Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregório Teixeira to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Cojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gusmão Montenegro. Gregório Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Wilson Valido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Artur Jesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simão Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Gregório Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Breia's Artur Jesus got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, SC Breia's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Quintela came free, but António Carvalhais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Quintela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. António Carvalhais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Breia's Silvério Guarda got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the game, one of SC Breia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After having played for 96 minutes, Gregório Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Breia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregório Teixeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cojo FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Breia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
