Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vicente Boaventura took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Leonel Parente managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACD MILHARADO's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonel Parente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Guerreiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Parente got free with Miguel Guerreiro in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Guerreiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Boaventura's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. José Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Vicente Boaventura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Gonçalves hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Nuno Soares sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Caneiros FC's Miguel Guerreiro didn't even have to move. Gaspar Borges's late challenge caught a ACD MILHARADO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Borges helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Caneiros FC's Gaspar Borges got a free kick in the 14th minute. A hard shot 18 in the game by Leonel Parente from a close distance when the talented Miguel Guerreiro managed to make a qualified save. Caneiros FC's players were relieved. Palmiro Aveiro came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Caneiros FC's Lourenço Lopes. But to his dismay, Lourenço Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute Vicente Boaventura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Guerreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Boaventura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Miguel Guerreiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Lourenço Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caneiros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 36th minute António Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Palmiro Aveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, ACD MILHARADO's goal looked a bit too open when Lourenço Lopes came free, but Palmiro Aveiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. António Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Palmiro Aveiro having to interfere. When Armindo Vieira fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caneiros FC's protests and gave Armindo Vieira a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Caneiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Vieira. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when António Pereira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 61 minutes Caneiros FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nuno Soares who took care of the corner kick. Nuno Soares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Parente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Miguel Guerreiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ACD MILHARADO's Palmiro Aveiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save ACD MILHARADO from getting a goal against them. José Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Palmiro Aveiro made a huge save. Leonel Parente struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Miguel Guerreiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACD MILHARADO. 81 minutes into the match, Vicente Boaventura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Guerreiro. Caneiros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Boaventura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Miguel Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Boaventura, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind ACD MILHARADO's goalkeeper Palmiro Aveiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The ACD MILHARADO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caneiros FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Caneiros FC.
