Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Adolfo Maia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gregório Ferro sped through Fradelos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eduardo Vale. Eduardo Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregório Ferro in the 8th minute. Eduardo Vale made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gregório Ferro sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Jerónimo Melo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 26th minute Jerónimo Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregório Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fradelos FC's Eduardo Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laércio Carmo in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Jerónimo Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute Filipe Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laércio Infante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregório Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Eduardo Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gregório Ferro made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregório Ferro in the 51st minute of play forced Fradelos FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Carmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregório Ferro's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Gregório Ferro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Fradelos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregório Ferro came free, but Eduardo Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Canelas's Ivo Teves got a free kick in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Canelas's Gregório Ferro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Vale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. José Barbosa's late challenge caught a Canelas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. Gregório Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Eduardo Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laércio Carmo in the 76th minute of play forced Fradelos FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Gregório Ferro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fradelos FC's zone, Gregório Ferro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Vale came out of the goal and Gregório Ferro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 played minutes Canelas got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Teves. Rafael Miranda hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregório Ferro in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Vale saved Fradelos FC from getting behind. When Canelas's Gregório Ferro in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fradelos FC's goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Canelas fully deserved thier win.
